Shipping Zones & Costs:

Zone 1: South Australia

  • Standard Shipping: $8.95
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
  • FREE shipping on orders over $75

Zone 2: Rest of Australia

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95
  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
  • FREE shipping on orders over $75

Express Shipping (Optional):

  • Express: $19.95
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Available Australia-wide

Tracking: All orders include tracking information sent to your email once shipped.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns Policy:

We want you to love your Wag Flags. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions:

  • Product must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be included
  • Storage bag and all included items must be returned

How to Return:

  1. Email sales@wagflags.com.au with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method (you cover return shipping costs)
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund (including return shipping).

REFUND POLICY

Standard Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product was damaged or defective)

Damaged/Defective Refunds:

  • Full refund including original shipping costs
  • No need to return the product in some cases (we'll advise)

  • Credit cards: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 1-2 business days
  • Afterpay/Zip Pay: Refund processed according to their policies
